量子光通信

量子光通信是以量子信息论和量子力学为理论基础的一种全光型通信，是正处于开发之中的现代光通信前沿．本文简明地介绍了量子光通信的基本概念与特征，阐明了在这种通信系统中一个光子可将无限的信息传递给无限个分支终端．量子光通信系统分为三个关键性部分，即亚泊松激光器、量子非破坏测量和光子计数器．本文对它们的工作原理、基本特性等分别作了介绍，指出了它们的现状和发展前景．     

两样本队列半数生存期检验:反射和检基统计量

依据反射或检基原理，本文提出用于截尾资料的两样本队列半数生存期（ＣＨＬ）检验．两样本合并ＣＨＬ经指数内插取自Ｋａｐｌａｎ－Ｍｅｉｅｒ或Ｂｅｒｋｓｏｎ－Ｇａｇｅ估计值．连续性校正，经以有效样本容量取代样本容量，扩展自Ｙａｔｅｓ校正．合并标准误来自同源性生存率方差估计值，后者经有效样本容量扩展自二项分布方差．无截尾时，这些统计量还原为经典中位数检验．与反射统计量相比，检基统计量具有更高的功效．附有工作实例描述其临床应用．     

凸规划的极大熵函数序列及其收敛性

为了消除凸规划问题中极大熵方法所导致的数值病态，该文应用Lagrange乘子法及赋范原理，给出一类凸规划问题的极大熵函数序列，并证明该序列一致收敛于凸规划的最优解。     

19F+27Al深部非弹性碰撞产物的角分布

完成了19F+27Al深部非弹性碰撞产物的角分布测量.初步分析了反应产B,C,N,O,F,Ne,Na,Mg和Al的实验室系角分布,展现出深部非弹性反应机制的特点,显示了反应系统随时间的演化过程. Angular distributions of fragments produced in the deep inelastic collision of~(19)F+~(27)Al have been measured for incident energy of 114 MeV at θ_(lab)= 9~(o), 24~(o), 40~(o), 55~(o), 70~(o) and 85~(o). Angular distributions of dissipative products B, C, N, O, F, Ne, Na, Mg and Al are analyzed to provide an evolution process of the intermediate dinuclear system formed in the reaction.     

低能N+离子注入对加工番茄的辐照效应

本研究以87-5制罐番茄种子为处理材料,用N 离子作为诱变源,以35keV的能量,分别以20次、40次、50次、60次脉冲,注入剂量2×1016N /cm2、4×1016N /cm2、6×1016N /cm2、10×1016N /cm2进行激发诱变,变异显著.表现为出苗率降低,座果提前.在果实的品质性状变化不大情况下,座果数明显增加,部分处理材料的产量明显提高.     

Mid—Infrared Optical Parametric Oscillator Based on All—Solid—State—Pumped Periodically Poled LiNbO

We report the tunable mid-infrared generation with a periodically poled LinbO3(PPLN).Using an all-solid-state pumped Nd:YVO4 laser as the pump source and a PPLN nonlinear crystal with grating periods of 28.2-30.8μm,we have achieved wavelength conversion in the 2.90-4.05μm spectral range by period tuning.The use of confocal cavity design has brought a compact,all-solid-state configuration with an average output powers of idler up to -200mW.The maximum power of 277mW was obtained at the wavelength of 3.35um.     

一类非线性弹簧振子的周期性振动

本文用数值计算的方法讨论了一类非线性弹簧振子的周期性振动及其特点．     

Dual wavelength erbium-doped fiber laser with a lateral pressure-tuned Hi-Bi fiber Bragg grating

Tunable dual wavelength erbium-doped fiber laser (EDFL) with stable oscillation at room temperature is proposed and demonstrated. This laser utilizes a Bragg grating fabricated in a high birefringence fiber as the wavelength-selective component, and then achieves the stable dual wavelength oscillation by introducing the polarization hole burning effect. Furthermore, by applying lateral strain upon the fiber Bragg grating (FBG), the space of the laser dual wavelengths can be tuned continuously.     

Influence of relaxation effects on probabilities of the 2s2p35S2－2s22p2 3P1，2 intercombination transitions in NII

Transition probabilities of the 2s2p^3 {}^5S_2－2s^22p^2 {}^3P_{1,2} intercombination transitions in NII have been calculated by using a large-scale multiconfiguration Dirac－Fock method. In the calculation the most important effects of relativity, correlation, and relaxation are considered. From the calculated transition probabilities, the lifetime of the 2s2p^3 {}^5S_2 metastable state is derived. The result is in excellent agreement with the latest experimental result. In the meantime the influence of anomalously strong relaxation effects on probabilities of the 2s2p^3 {}^5S_2－2s^22p^2 {}^3P_{1,2} lines in NII have been found.     

Sub-nanosecond strong pulse generated by backward Raman scattering

Hundreds picosecond strong short-wavelength pulses have been generate by a backward Raman oscillator amplifier pumped with a 10-J KrF laser from Heaven-1 MOPA system. Not only high power but also high energy laser pulses have been obtained with an energy conversion efficiency up to 17%. 640-picosecond pulse duration was observed in our experiments by a 1.5-GHz-bandwidth oscilloscope corresponding to 34 times of pulse compression rate.
